Warranty and Return Policy

All sales are final! Limited and extended warranty applies to manufacturing defects on certain products only. Warranty applies to items purchased through www.eastcoastvape.ca or through our retail stores in New Brunswick, Canada. Items cannot be refunded for any reason after 24 hours of being received or after it has been deemed "used". Returns are subject to all terms and conditions. ALL PRODUCTS PRICED FOR CLEARANCE ARE FINAL SALE.

WE OFFER FREE BATTERY WRAPS AT EAST COAST VAPE, PLEASE REQUEST IT IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF YOUR ORDER OR SIMPLY COME INTO ANY ONE OF OUR STORES AND SHOW US YOUR DAMAGED WRAP AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A NEW ONE!


We deal with the manufacturer for you up to 90 days!

  • All products to be returned to East Coast Vape the customer must scratch the verification code and send it via email ([email protected]) with the subject: Warranty

  • For any in-store purchases the verification code must be scratched and written on the receipt.

  • RBA’s, RDA’s and RTA’s will not be covered by warranty for we are not the persons building these items and cannot guarantee that they are done right or wrong.

  • When shipping glass tanks or juices we can't warranty or cover them from being broken in shipping as Canada Post won't cover the damage of any glass items, we can simply send out a replacement glass on your next order.

  • Due to the nature of atomizers, they are not covered under warranty.

  • There is no warranty on cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks and mouthpieces.

  • Products that include wood, fake wood, plastic or contain any type of pattern or design are not returnable based on a customer’s like or dislike of the pattern or design or colour.

  • East Coast Vape is not responsible for any warranty or replacement claims for any modifications made to hardware or software once it has been delivered to the customer. Software upgrades and firmware issues must be taken up with the manufacturer. As well as any physical modification to any product will cause the warranty to be null and void.

  • Missing package, missing items and damaged goods will be sent to Canada Post for investigation.

  • A ticket number will be issued to the customer through Canada Post to follow investigation. Once Canada Post settles the claim. East Coast Vape will issue replacements under the findings of Canadapost

  • Customers are responsible for charges relating to shipping product back to East Coast Vape for evaluation for any and all warranty claims. If the product is found to have a warrantable defect the replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no charge. If the product is deemed to not have a warrantable defect the product will be shipped back at the customers expense.

  • On clearance items, no warranty will be offered as they are already marked down below cost to clear them out.


In order for your limited warranty to be valid, the following conditions apply:

  • The use of other parts than East Coast Vape parts voids ALL warranties.

  • Any user modification voids ALL warranties.

  • Defective items must be returned before they can be exchanged. If in-store claims are made, the defective product will be held to determine the cause of the malfunction.

  • For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be exchanged or returned. Like mouthpieces and drip tips.

  • E-liquids are none returnable for any reason.

  • Claims made for incorrect parts or number of parts must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package. Incorrect items must be shipped back to receive the exchange.

  • East Coast Vape is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • East Coast Vape cannot refund or resend orders that are confirmed as delivered by the Post Office.


East Coast Vape's limited product warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, contact or immersion in liquids, fire or other external cause.

  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the products instruction manual or described by an East Coast Vape employee or from failure to follow any of these instructions.

  • Damage caused by self repair or repair of any kind other than East Coast Vape employees.

  • Damage caused by non-East Coast Vape products.

  • Consumable parts and products, including, but not limited to, cartridges, cartomizers, clearomizers, atomizers, wicks, wires, mouthpieces and liquid solutions.

  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to, scratches. dents, and broken plastic or pushed in buttons.

  • A product or part has been modified.

  • A product or part that has been used conjunction with a modified part.

  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
